This is a very refreshing Salad and is also appetizing. I got this recipe from a closed friend of mine. Coriander goes very well with onions and mangoes here. You can also replace prawns with duck meat. Enjoy!

Diced Mango (about 1 large or 2 small mangoes)
Chopped Coriander
Chopped Red Onions
Diced Prawns
Juice of 4-5 small limes
Finely Chopped Chilly Padi (optional)

Put them all in a Salad Bowl and mixed them up tenderly so you dont mashed up mangoes. Those who can't take spicy food, its best to leave out the Chilly Padi.
