GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD

I Love Grilled Chicken. In this recipe, I used Chicken Thighs, bone in.

Marinate the chicken with Salt and Pepper, A dash of Fish Sauce, Finely Chopped Ginger (or Juice of Ginger if prefer), Worcestershire Sauce and Sugar. Marinate well in fridge for 2 hours, the least. Grill it in a medium saucepan, and increase heat to brown the skinwhen the meat is thoroughly cooked but not overdone.

Serve it with Green Peas, Mandarin Oranges (here, i used the small seedless type), some Coriander. Add lettuce if you fancy because it gives you the crisp. Dress it with Vinagrette for that extra oomph.
